"I know the challenges of supporting a family and owning a business, even as a single mother. I can empathize with the day to day issues confronting everyday people in Hays County. Empathy comes from having been there! I have been faced with financial difficulties just like many of you, but I've overcome them responsibly and succeeded! I didn't have wealthy parents able to pay for medical school, law school or any college education; I worked and paid for my education! I am FAR from an elitist and can speak your language no matter your background! As they say, "walk a mile in my shoes" ...I have walked in your shoes and I understand the difficulties facing families today! You want excessive government out of YOUR life so that you can focus on taking care of YOUR family just like I do!" - Peggy Jones
